How to be Your Own Support System in Business.

Remember that your spirit is designed for victory, so practice leaning into your own ability to find the ground beneath your feet.

The health of your business and your ability to reach new financial heights, and new levels of influence and authority in your field, doesn’t depend on the things you do in business.

It’s not about how often you’re showing up on social media or how impeccably you’re following a strategy that was laid out for you by somebody else.

The single most important thing that impacts the long-term success of your business is your ability to be a stable, self-regulated human being, with enough knowledge of your personal, trauma-driven patterns and cyclical struggles to act as the greatest stabilizing influence in your own life, and in so doing, be your own core support system in your business (and elsewhere).

The notion of support and being supported extends to many things that are a part of our everyday experience of reality, but the kind of self-reliance we’re talking about here goes beyond that. Support we are most familiar with comes in the form of friends, family, a partner, a coach; but the deepest level of support that you have access to in your life isn’t to be found outside of yourself, and tapping into that inner layer of support is what provides you with the kind of strength, stability, and consistency that will bring about true success in your life and in your business.

So, how do we touch this ephemeral, seemingly invisible pillar of support within?

The practice of self-reliance is not a straightforward one, but we can strengthen the muscle of self-sourcing our strength and personal power in a couple of different ways:

1.     Next time you start spiralling, get curious and stay curious.

Next time you feel self-limiting narratives coming into your experience, don’t just resign to whatever feeling they’re bringing up. Don’t accept despair, depression and helplessness. Get curious about these feelings and ask yourself, can I transmute these energies by myself? Yes, I can.

When an experience brings up pain and struggle, ask yourself how the experience is supporting you, instead of assuming it’s been designed to prove that reality is fundamentally unsupportive. Stay curious about the answer and keep listening until you shift your perspective on things.

The first time you break through to the other side on your own, you will have accessed your inner support system, the strength of your own self-reliance, and the next time a similar experience comes your way, you will know that you have the power to transmute fear, doubt and panic on your own. It’s all about practice.

2.     Call on your cosmic army for guidance.

You are never alone in any of your struggles, and the reason you feel alone is because you are still learning how to lean into the support of your cosmic family of guides, helpers, angels, and past and future versions of yourself that are actively streaming love into your being through channels that you have to practice opening, and keeping open, on your own.

Other people are not always a stable source of support. Everyone has their imbalances and personal struggles to contend with. But your divine army of cosmic supporters are all ascended beings that have nothing but love to offer you. They will always guide you on how to reconnect with the cosmic heart of the Divine in any situation.

Recognize that the true purpose of any spiritual practice is to access this realm of the beyond, and to eventually anchor the support you find there into your 3D experience of reality. When this occurs, your life journey is defined by feelings like faith, trust, balance and steady forward progress.

3.     Understand the role your 3D, human supporters play.

Friends, family, partners and coaches are all there to be a support on top of the support you are already providing for yourself. Nobody can truly support you unless you are already in the practice of supporting yourself, and if you’re looking for them to, you will feel a constant lack of support in your life, no matter how many friends and hired supporters you have by your side.

Self-reliance is the groundwork of any additional work you will do with coaches, healers and other helpers on your path. A good coach is there to first and foremost teach you how to access this support for yourself, as it is the foundation for any goal you want to achieve in life.

If you don’t understand how to self-source your own strength, external sources will only offer outlets that temporarily soothe you. Nobody can undo your self-limiting beliefs for you. You must be your greatest supporter in life, in love and in business if you want to reach the heights you’re looking to achieve.

There are no shortcuts on the journey to success, no matter what anybody says to convince you otherwise. The reason you actually believe people who claim overnight success is possible in the first place is because of your own lack of faith in resolving the constant contrast you feel between where you are and where you want to be, but that gap will never close in the way that you expect it to.

You have to get comfortable with contrast, because so long as you’re alive it will always be present in some capacity, driving you towards greater growth. Your only solution is to learn how to be the force of stability in your own life that will move you through the contrast gracefully and in a way that only makes you more successful, wise and empowered as time goes on.

Remember that your spirit is designed for victory, so practice leaning into your own ability to find the ground beneath your feet. Once you’ve done that, and you’re ready to go even further, I’ll be here to take you to new heights in your business, I can promise you that.

With love,

Ines
